Our pop up-café
In connection with the Fjärdhundraland tours, we usually offer coffee with hot and cold drinks and homemade cookies and pastries. Sometimes it takes place at our home at Blåsippsbacken and sometimes at another member's. We think it's fun to collaborate with other members and it's practical for the visitor that there are several of us gathering in the same place. In connection with the Mat & Människor food tour, we usually hold ours at Blåsippsbacken and then we also invite other members. In 2025, Saras Bröd, DH Keramik and Tullens Grönska were also here with us. In connection with Mat & Människor, we also offer a tasting plate for 50 SEK. This year it was pastry with minced meat or vegetable filling. Previously, we have made goulash soup and mini pizza with goat cheese, figs and lemon marmalade. We try to come up with something new every year.
